· Feedback and Communications: When you rate rides, share feedback, or contact us via messages, surveys, or support channels, we collect the content of those exchanges. This may include audio/video recordings or in-ride footage if you choose to share such media.
2. DATA FROM YOUR USAGE OF THE PLATFORM
· Location Data: We collect precise and approximate location details via GPS, WiFi signals, IP addresses, Bluetooth, and other methods. Customer app users share their real-time location during rides, including background tracking, while drivers' locations are monitored during active use and for incident management. For vehicles equipped with Taxikeke devices, location info is also gathered.
· How You Use Our Services: We log details like ride dates, destinations, distances, routes, payment methods, and promotional codes. For our electric bikes and scooters, sensors capture speed, acceleration, direction, and other technical data.
· Device Details: Information about your device includes model, operating system, browser type, IP address, carrier info, language preferences, app installations, and unique identifiers like advertising IDs. Driver devices, including optional dashboard or tablet installations, may also send sensor data and location.
· Communication Records: We facilitate calls and texts between Customers and drivers through third-party services that keep your phone numbers private. We record metadata such as timestamps, participants, and message content. Calls may also be monitored or recorded for security, with advance notice.
· Contacts & Calendar: If you permit access, we can retrieve contact list details to help you refer friends or sync with your calendar to notify you of upcoming trips. You can revoke these permissions anytime.
· Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, analytics tools (like Google Analytics), and other third-party trackers to understand how users navigate our platform, improve features, personalize content, and serve targeted advertisements.
· Inferences & Insights: We may deduce additional information, like your travel frequency, approximate location, or gender, based on your data and interactions.

· Customers and Drivers:
When a ride is booked, we share the necessary details to facilitate the trip. For example, drivers see your name, pickup and destination points, profile photo, and vehicle info. Customers know the driver’s name, image, vehicle details, and real-time location once a ride is accepted.
We do not share your personal contact details directly unless you or the driver initiates contact or if you report a lost item, in which case we may facilitate a connection with your explicit consent.
· Shared Rides:
For shared trips, Customer names and photos are visible to ensure safety, and pickup/drop-off points may be shared among Customers.
· Third-Party Payments or Requests:
If someone else pays for your ride, or if your ride is booked via a corporate or promotional account, we may share relevant details with those parties.
· Referrals and Linked Accounts:
When you refer friends or connect accounts, we may share information about your activity to facilitate rewards or account linking.
· Service Providers and Partners:
